원인: VRAM 4.6GB free (12GB 중) + 복합 모델 부담
- Flux Dev Q5 GGUF 7GB + PuLID 1.1GB + dtype 변환 부담
- Pony B 도 동일 영향 (model_management ComfyUI 자체 이슈)

다음 R4: 워크플로우 단순화
- 해상도 ↓ (640×1024)
- 단일 모델 우선 (PuLID 제거)
- Schnell 4-step 우선 (VRAM 부담 가장 작음)
